Dr. Madalena completed her undergrad degree in Miami, FL at Florida International University, after that she attended Barry University in Miami, Florida where she received a Masters in Biomedical Science. She moved to Richmond Virginia to pursue a degree as a Doctor in Dental Surgery. She practiced in Richmond, Virginia for 4 years before moving to Arizona. Outside dentistry, reading, traveling and working out are her main interests.

Dr. Emily Pohler attended dental school at the University of Kentucky. After several rewarding years practicing in Florida, she and her husband, Jack, moved to Arizona with their mini Aussiedoodle, Maverick. Outside of the office, Dr. Pohler enjoys needlepointing, cooking, hosting friends, and taking Body Pump classes. She values time spent with her family and exploring her new home state. Her favorite part of dentistry is building genuine relationships with her patients and helping them feel comfortable and confident in their smiles.

Dr. Brian S. Goldfarb is a respected periodontist, where he focuses on comprehensive periodontal care and implant dentistry. He established a strong foundation in his education, earning his undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University. Dr. Goldfarb then pursued his dental doctorate at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, where he received his D.M.D. His commitment to specialization led him to complete a comprehensive three-year residency in periodontics at Louisiana State University in New Orleans. During this intensive training, Dr. Goldfarb earned a Master’s degree and conducted award-winning research on the advancements in mouth rinse therapies. Recognizing the importance of precision in periodontal procedures, Dr. Goldfarb has also received specialized training in minimally invasive techniques. This allows for enhanced precision, reduced discomfort, and faster healing for a wide range of periodontal procedures.
